computer in domain

just wanted to ask for the Computers in domain
example like the computer name is register as userA but when he pass the laptop to userB then userB change the name to userB. how come userA name is still in the domain and it is online(blue colour) while userB is appear as offline(red colour) but inside the information on the userinfo is in userB name. how can we slove this problem or how can we make the offline to online???

Blue color does not mean "online", it means that the scanning worked without problems.
"Red" computers have a problem with scanning (access denied, ...)

We suggest to always keep the name of the computer unique during it's lifecycle (and label it with a sticker)
This way you can also use the custom fields for purchase/warranty/barcode info
