Exchange mailbox limit report

Hi,

Is there any custom reports to show if a users mailbox is nearing its quota limit?
we are using exchange 2010 and have 2 different limits depending on company position.
one is 300mb and the other is 600mb.
I know its small but we use online archives too that are 6+ gig in size for most people.

In regards to your question: we don't specifically scan for this information. If there is a related error or warning in the Event Viewer when a mailbox is almost full, you could build an event log report for this. A sample report was posted here. Keep in mind that only errors are scanned by default. Additional event types can be enabled for scanning by following these instructions.
