I've recently had my team start using lansweeper as our helpdesk solution, I'm getting asked by my superior to provide a report that can show the tickets per day per hour for the current month or if the month could be a variable that would be even better.
 It doesn't need to be pretty but I do need it fast or I'll be forced to go back to our old helpdesk which is a piece of junk.
