If a software package is not listed under Add/Remove Programs, it won't be scanned as part of standard software scanning. You can detect additional software packages by performing custom file or registry scans.

In this case,I need to know the exact path of the software in client machine right?
If we does not know the path of the software in user machine ,then what settings I have to do?

Yes, you must submit specific files/keys for file/registry scanning. It is not currently possible to search an entire computer for a particular file, list various subdirectories within a main directory or perform extension based file scanning.
The reason these features have not been implemented is because such scans are extremely taxing on client machines and take too long to complete.
