Printer reports now showing anything?

I am trying to get a list of our network printers and the canned reports are showing:

Device: Printer status (0)
AssetName Status Printed Pages Device model Lastseen

AssetName Status Printed Pages Device model Lastseen

This report has no results!


Device: Printer Toner level (0)
AssetName Device model Remaining % Tonername Lastchanged

AssetName Device model Remaining % Tonername Lastchanged

This report has no results!


However, if I search for the IP of a few known printers they are there.

What should I do to be able to view the networked printers in a report?
