Is there a report to show if W11 has the latest build?

There are a few built-in reports that might be helpful. 

For On-Premises there's a report that's called "OS: Not latest Build of Windows 11"

For Lansweepr Sites There's a report called "Microsoft Windows 11 EOL"

Maybe one of these will help you. Let us know if this helps out.
