This is a great, and common, question.
To start with, Lansweeper is not a monitoring tool. So, it doesn't watch and know when a user logs in and out -- this is because Lansweeper will only scan the asset based on the configured scanning schedule in the scan target(s).
But there is a work around for this, but it requires a script/application. Lansweeper provides a tool called LsPush that is a command driven "application". LsPush can be triggered via a login script or GPO, this way each login will rescan the asset and provide you the currently logged in user details.
