Server Utilization report

I need a report that will at least show CPU and RAM utilization...would like Disk Utilization as well (got GB used, but actual disk usage).  I've found the CPU and RAM reports below, but I'm not sure how to combine these in to 1 report, and then add Disk usage to it.  Can I get some guidance on how/if I can do this?

I just tried to add this report but I'm receiving the error message:
Invalid SELECT statement, Unexpected token "at" at line 20, pos 29.  

How can I fix this?  Also, I created the CPU and RAM reports from my original post, but it's only pulling 1 asset and it says 100%.  How do I get those reports to show ALL assets?

1. LS has built-in report Performance: Statistics Windows last 30 days. Try it.

2. Firstly, you must create Performance Scanning Targets at /Scanning/PerformanceScanning/
