Dear Sirs.
I'm looking for a custom SQL report that will provide the following information to be exported on an excel spreadsheet:

1. Server name
2. SQL version installed
3. serviceName
4. List of Database names on the SQL instance.

Do you know if this is possible?

Thank you so much in advance for your help.
Best regards,

You can edit the built-in report "Software: All SQL Server editions".
• Hit the pencil shaped edit button next to the report under Reports/View All Reports.
• Double-click on tblSqlDatabases in the table list on the right to add the table to your report.
• In the visual representation of the report in the upper section of the report builder, tick the Name field in tblSqlDatabases.
• Hit the Save & Run button.
