Two query real machine and virtual machines

Hi! I tried to make that query and is hard for me. I need two query, one which have every phisical assets and other one who has every virtual machine. We have EXSi servers and Hyper-V too so i tried so hard but is something bigger than a 21 years old boy knoledge. I think it should be filter by a property that is Hyper-V host or EXSi-server
