We have auto asset deletion set to 45 days for machines not "seen". We have some servers that are powered off but still sat in Vcenter as machines. The last successful scan is 50 days ago but the machines are not getting auto deleted as the esxi scan is making them "seen". Is there a way to stop this happening without manually deleting the machine from Lansweeper or deleting the VM from Vcenter? I was hoping the normal windows scan would be sufficient

Hi,
Unfortunately, if Lansweeper has an updated time stamp on the scan then we will not delete them.
If you submit a support case we can take a deeper look at this and determine is maybe a feature request can be made on your behave.
Please open a ticket in our support portal.
Make sure to add screenshots and the GatherLogs output file so our SME's can start investigating the issue straight away.
