I would like to create a report to find computers not using all available RAM. I think I need to compare the $PhysicalRAM to $InstalledRAM WMI attributes but I am not sure how to do so.
Thank you in advance.

We took a more direct approach and just pushed the commands to remove the BCD settings that limit RAM and processors. It seems to have worked but we had a lot of failures so I would still like to be able to get a report of those not using all their resources. I can share that package if anyone wants it.
