Issue
After a Lansweeper upgrade, attempts to add or edit Knowledge base articles containing a single quote result in an error window with only an OK button and no text, which prevents the save operation. The logs show the following error: "A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client".
Solution
This error usually points to an issue with the Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\web.config file. It could be a missing tag or a corrupt config file.
