Not all devices support the "connected devices" feature by default. In some cases, this functionality must be explicitly enabled in the device settings.
Lansweeper uses the BRIDGE-MIB over SNMPv3 to scan for connected devices.
If you're not seeing the expected results, we recommend contacting the device manufacturer to confirm whether this feature is supported and obtain guidance on enabling it.
