10% workstations not showing up on report - 90% working GREAT!

The program is working great, I have about 90% of them reporting. But I have another 10% that are showing up with RED icons in the web console without any criteria listed. I have verified their logon scripts and they are part of the domain and everything else looks good.

Is there anything I am missing?

When you click on these computers you should see a tab with "errors"
You can also take a look at the errorlog.txt file in your service folder.
