4.0 Install Problem

I attempted to install 4.0 to see the added functionality before ditching 3.5.2.

When I ran the install it gave me multiple errors when it started to create the database (this is a new install, not an upgrade). I tried this multiple times with multiple users, each time the results are the same. So I start looking around on my SQL server (2005) and it installed all the tables and views into the master database.

What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it. I'm glad I chose to test on my test server.

It looks like the user for sql can connect to the database but doesn't have the permissions to create the database.
Try connecting using the "sa" account.

Files are uploaded on original post. Very strange, it does not create the database but when I run through the install during the beginning where it verifies credentials to create the database it is successful.
