If you know the registry key for this serial you can add it using the configuration tool.

Are you sure that the key is there for the same machine?

Right now when I click into the product key tab it shows Roxio, and all MS product keys. Not adobe. In order to see adobe keys I go to all reports and look under License: Software licensekey overview and its there.
The question is how do I get all those product keys to generate under the product key tab and not have to look in the all reports tab.
