4.0 upgrade

I want to move forward with the 4.0 upgrade but have a few questions.

1. What is the correct .exe to download and use?
2. Is there Upgrade documentation or is this a blind install?
3. I am running LS on Hyper-V. 2008 R2 guest on top of 2008 R2 host. Any known issues with this as of yet?

1) there is only one installer for both upgrade and new installation
2) The installer will walk you through the steps, make sure to have a full database backup first.
If you have a large database I recommend setting the recovery model to "simple" and shrinking the database.

But it is unrelated to the scanning server.
