I just started to have some problems scanning new computers.
After I do a rescan of computers that I've just opened the firewall ports on I get an error saying:
Access is denied 0x80070005
Scanned by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Can't remember seeing that before. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Scanning credentials can be added in the Lansweeper configuration console under Scanning Options/Scanning Credentials. For detailed instructions, please refer to page 20 of our online documentation.

Most likely there is no alternate credential defined for the domain/workgroup.
"NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" is the default user that runs the service.

How can I then define another user which has admin permission on all computers to run the scan?
