In the LOG file appear the following:

5/5/2010 3:18:37 PM: IPSCAN: Access is denied 0x80070005 (10.64.64.14)
5/5/2010 3:18:38 PM: IPSCAN: Access is denied 0x80070005 (10.64.64.15)
5/5/2010 3:18:39 PM: IPSCAN: Access is denied 0x80070005 (10.64.64.14)
5/5/2010 3:18:40 PM: IPSCAN: Access is denied 0x80070005 (10.64.64.16)
5/5/2010 3:18:41 PM: IPSCAN: Access denied 10.64.64.11
5/5/2010 3:18:41 PM: IPSCAN: Access denied 10.64.64.10

5/5/2010 3:18:54 PM: IPSCAN: Access is denied 0x80070005 (10.64.64.19)
5/5/2010 3:18:55 PM: IPSCAN: Access is denied 0x80070005 (10.64.64.12)

5/5/2010 3:19:03 PM: IPSCAN: Access is denied 0x80070005 (10.64.64.17)
5/5/2010 3:19:08 PM: IPSCAN: Access denied 10.64.64.19
Is strange because in this range Lansweeper discover and stored in the database 2 other server, but for the 5 servers that are lied above, appear "Access Denied"..in the IP Scan "credential option" I configured the account "Administrator" for the domain that I am scanning..
I did all the steps recommended by you in the forum, without success..
Any suggestion ?
Regards,
Diego

When you configure the ip scanning you can click on the "key" button to set the default domains to look for.
Please provide screenshots of the ip scanning config and the alternate credentials.

Could you try the connection tester from the server to these machines with the same credentials?
