Hi,

I have keyed in the wrong password for more than 3 times and my account has been locked. Pls advise how do I unlock the account.

Kindly advise on the below questions:

1) For active scanning, may I know the scheduele as in how many times does it scan per day?
2) Can I also know the difference between scanning via Active scan or Login script? For active scan, will it scan the computer immediately when it comes online or when user logs in? I am deciding if I should activate the active scan or using login script.

There is no error for 1 computer.

For some of them, the error shown is

Cannot connect to DCOM port 135 : Firewalled?
The RPC server is unavailable 0x800706BA

What is the exact error you see?

Hi,

I have a few computers that doesn't get scanned. And the colour remains red. I tried to trigger a scan on the computer but to no avail. Also I've verified, there's connection to the computer and no firewall is enabled on the computer.

No with active scanning.

Version 4 will have scheduled scanning for domains or OU's.

Can I customised the schedule of the scan?

You should start the sql server management console (if you have it installed)
There you can view the sql users and unlock the lansweeperuser

Each computer is scanned maximum once every 8 hours with active scanning.
Active scanning scans the domain controllers to look for newly logged on machines.
You should have the same results with lsclient or with active scanning.
