Hello
I have configured IE as per page 17 and still have no action items that work. I have created a share on the network and placed all the premium tools plus all the regular tools . I did notice something very interesting on the botom of the page when refreshing , please see included doc

I can't see the url of the website, I also can't see the active-x settings for the trusted zone. (I can only see that they are not default)

Hello
I have added the site to my trusted sites , I have rebooted the machine that lansweeper is installed on. I am still unable to activate any of the action menu items. I am including pic that shows trusted sites , location of lstools and javascript error message

Yes IE7 is supported.
I can't see to which zone your site belongs, add it to the trusted sites to be sure.

Object expected means that the security settings are not set correctly.
