I see this error: Active directory computer lookup Unknown error (0x80005000)

If the name is correct then the user running the service cannot lookup this account is active directory for some reason. (most likely permissions)

Yes the correct netbios name. For privacy reasons it is not wise to displaythe fqdn. If needed I can email it to you. I can ping it by name and by ip.

All pc's shown in the list are in the AD en the DC is present. I can do a nslookup to the dc. No problem

This error means:
0x80005000 ("The specified directory service attribute or value does not exist").
It's possible that the computer is not in active directory or the GC is not available at that time.
