Visitor Sweeper

Hello, we recently moved from private cloud to azure. The environment is essentially the same with different IP addresses and new computer names. I have already updated the scanning server to point the new server name. I also changed the scanning creds to be mapped to the new IP addresses of the domain controllers. I am new at this job and unfortunately the two people who set this up are gone, so I am a little confused there were no scanning targets. I have tried scanning "Active Directory User/Group Paths" and I have tried also adding a scanning target pointing at the OU with the users. It throws no errors but the new user I have added is not showing. I have also re-entered the scanning credentials and verified they worked and I gave the user delegated permissions to read user accounts in the DC. Any ideas?

Hard to say without more info on your config and settings etc. Users are only scanned with with the AD user/groups path target. In scanning server options page make sure you have the correct things selected for syncing AD user accounts. and if you have preferred domain controller set in options make sure that is updated correctly.
