Active Directory Integration

Hi,

I have upgraded lansweeper to 3.2, I am not able to fetch Active Directory information. Do we require to configure active directiory integration or it works automatically. All records are fetching except Active Directory Infomration. Can anyone help me on this please?

I updated premium pack.
any idea how much time wil it take to fetch info?

I had run lansweepersetup.exe that i downloaded from lansweeper site.
Permium service - from where i can locate? also wheere can i find description of executable file "Lansweeper premium server"
can you please guide me?

You don't need to make any changes.
DId you also upgrade the premium service? the description of the executable should read "Lansweeper premium server"
