Hi
we just recently purchased the product and I'm' configuring it for the first time
temporarily it is on a windows XP laptop with SP2
I installed the software yesterday and activated our premium license
on the premium license tab the is a triangle with and exclamation mark. I'm not sure if this maters or not
I enabled the AD Scanning, added the domain and put in the necessary credentials for our Domain Administrator account
I did enable the firewall change in the knowledge base article. http://lansweeper.com/kb/firewall.aspx
2 questions
1. is there anything else I've missed that is necessary to get the scan to work
2. is there a log where i can see if a scan was attempted and what error was received so that I post the werrors here or research them ?
