I just purchased lansweeper and I am trying to get acrive scanning working. Scanning was working during testing using the login script but I disabled that and when i go into lansweeper configuration and check enable active scanning and enter my domain name and netbios name it all looks ok. But it never scans and then when I go back and check it the domain and netbios name fields are now empty. Is there a log anywhere that I can look at to see why it is not connecting?

When you click on the "new row" you need to fill in the domain names (like you did now), then press enter or tab.
