Active Scanning not working

I have install Lansweeper 3.5 It did the initial active scan of the domain, but since then I have added multiple computers to the domain to test and it has not picked them up in a week. What could be the problem? Do I need to use the Lsclient?

Assuming you have the premium version:

You need to login to the GUI console - make sureyou have active scanning enabled and a domain defined on "Domain Scaning".

For me the domain was not defined after the 3.5 upgrade and active scanning did not function until it was.
