My purchasing person purchased the premium support but I am unable to find where to put the license key. Do I need to re-install to receive all of the functionality?

You should have a confirmation email after you order. Reply to that email with your forum alias.

Okay, I re-installed and the premium version tab re-appeared but I am unable to access the premium support forum. How do you request access?
