Active scanning will not work

Origianlly i was trying out the free version and was able to see the computers i installed the client on. We decided the premium would be so much more helpful.. We purchased it and i actived the software and followed the PDF instructions. I can not see any computers expect the the server it is installed on. I have ran the connection tester on the server and a client machine all this ways (ip,hostname,fullname) and the two results that display on the test were OK. What should i do next? I am geting frusterated.

I have tried it a few different ways. Is this incorrect?

Could you post a screenshot from your domain scanning setup, the error suggests that you filled in the DNS domain name incorrectly.

Please post a screenshot of your active scanning domain setup.
Please also post your errorlog.txt file.

PS.
Most common mistake is to fill in the domain names wrong.
