Good Morning All -

Two Questions -

First, I have LANSweeper set up on it's own Win2008 x86 VM using SQL 2008 R2. Initially when entering the configuration utility,"Enable Active Scanning" was enabled (it had my domain listed as well as using a service account with admin rights), but hadn't started yet. I thought it may take a while, so proceeded with IP range scanning which worked. I never did set up any filtering. 4 days later, it still is not scanning via AD. Everything looks to be set up correctly. How can I tell what's wrong?

Second, is there an easy way to clear the list of "computer scanning errors" before a rescan?

Please help! - Thanks!

Please post (or email to lansweeper@hemoco.com) screenshots of your setup.

Each time a computer is scanned, the old errors are automatically cleared.
