At this time, syncing IT Agent data back to Lansweeper On-Premises is not possible, and this is by design. Assets scanned by the IT Agent are stored exclusively in your cloud-based inventory (Lansweeper Sites) and are not pushed to the Classic (on-premises) inventory.

This approach is part of our long-term strategy to position Lansweeper Sites as the central source of truth for your complete IT, Cloud, and OT asset landscape. Individual scan sources — such as Network Discovery, Lansweeper On-Prem, and others — continue to manage the data they collect independently, while Lansweeper Sites unifies these inputs to provide a consolidated, organization-wide view.

That said, the on-premises inventory remains fully supported for customers who prefer or require a standalone setup.

However, linking your on-prem installation to a Lansweeper Site unlocks enhanced capabilities, including:
