Engaged Sweeper

After updating our on-premise LS from v11 to v12 we found in our printerreport the printerdriver version information was wiped after scanning. Version information is only visable on unscanned assets. Also the columns fullversion and printprocessor information was missing. Anyone out there with the same experience?

Hello Stieva10,

Is this on the same asset? And are assets scanned in the same way (scanning agent or not)?  

Looking at this internally, we are not seeing that information in V11 either for some assets.

Do you mind creating a support case for that and share screenshots of v12 and v11, if you still have that.
