AD User Info Unavailable

I am running Lansweeper 3.5.1.28957. I am noticing that the only information that is entered in the tblADUsers table is LastChanged, Username, Userdomain, Firstname, Lastname & Displayname. All the other fields (Description, Office, Telephone, etc.) are empty. Is there any way to get these to update from AD? Could it be related to the fact that even though the Configuration Utility shows my license validated till 3/11/2010, the Digital Dashboard displays License Information as Freeware Version? By the way, the errorlog.txt shows no errors.

Yes, that could be the problem.
Could you please mail your licensekey to lansweeper@hemoco.com so we can investigate this.
