I only need to capture servers - can you suggest best way to exclude scanning Pc's please?
I have 4 domains and many OU's all different

If you don't have a list of servers, I'd start by scanning the entire domain, then exclude, delete, remove, or "manage out" the workstations to get an accurate list of servers. From there, you should be able to leverage a targeted GPO filtered by AD group.

Then you will need to find a way to run lsclient only on server.
(maybe with a scheduled job?)

The only trouble is we have 100's of OU and it would take ages to add each individually.
Also I dont think I could be sure that I had captured and servers outside the OU's

If you have the premium version you can place the servers in seperate OU's and scan them with active scanning.
