Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with the following:
- Names of the domains you do wish to scan.
- Screenshot of your web console landing page.
- Screenshot of your scanning credentials, found in the configuration console under Scanning Options\Scanning Credentials.
- Screenshots of all domain scanning methods you have enabled under Scanning Servers\Your Server: Active Scanning, IP Range Scanning and/or Scheduled Scanning.
- Screenshot of the Lansweeper webpage (if one was generated) for a computer you were unable to scan. Show us the "Errors" tab.
