Hi, i am configuring the helpdesk in our office and when y go to LanSweeper (agent or user) directly in the browser (edge, ie or Chrome) it logs automatically from windows, but when i receive a ticket (user or Agent) when i push in "go to ticket" it ask me for credentials always.
Why is this? how can i prevent it?
