We have another location added to our network with a different IP range. I have added the range to lansweeper and it has picked up switches, printers and computers but is unable to scan the pc's. I believe I put the local admin credetials in lansweeper. Is that enough or should I use domain admin credetials? Is there anything I may be missing?
THanks.

Sorry we recently absorbed another agency. The computers have their firewalls on.
Is the an exception we can add to the firewall that will let lansweeper through?
Thanks.

For agentless scanning, you need to enable an exception in your firewall that allows for all WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) traffic, as this data is sent over random ports: http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/6/firewall.html
An alternative solution is that you scan your machines locally using our LsPush scanning agent instead: http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/24/how-to-scan-with-LsPush.html

Could you clarify what the nature of the issue is. Are the problem machines not showing up in the Lansweeper web console at all or are they showing up, but with scanning errors? If the latter, please refer to our troubleshooting guide: http://lansweeper.com/kb/1/troubleshooting-guide.html
