Asset Types

Please could you let me know if it is possible to either remove or hide some of the built in asset types? The list is a bit too long for our requirements so it would be good if it could be made shorter so it is easier to use.

Unfortunately it's not possible to delete any of the built-in asset types. All built-in asset types are referred to in the scanning logic when an asset's type is initially determined. Deleting any asset type that is built-in could cause unexpected results.
