Hi all - I have a bunch of highly-sensitive Linux boxes that I need to have scanned into Lansweeper, but there's a philosophical battle right now around the secure nature of SSH to pull the info.
One option that's come up is to extract the info from the Linux environment, dump the data into the Asset Import template, and then import that spreadsheet into LanSweeper. Not ideal, but it should technically get me to where I need to be.
I'm trying to automate this process as much as possible, so my question is this: assuming I have the info i need in the spreadsheet, are there any recommendations on how best to validate the data and import it into Lansweeper?
I'd like to create a scheduled job if at all possible, but don't know if any command lines exist that could help (searching through the archives didn't help).
