Root cause report

Does anyone have a report that will pull ticket numbers by root cause? I would like to be able to report to management we are closing so many tickets a month for things like password resets etc.

Graphics Card Report - Incorrect VRAM

Lansweeper appears not to recognise graphics cards above 4gb. We have a number of computers with 8gb Nvidia Quadro m4000 cards, however checking assets or using a graphics card report only shows them as 4gb. Is there a way to amend this?
