Prompt user for dates
How do we go about prompting the user for two dates and selecting records between these two dates?

User Responses Aren't Being Emailed
When a user emails the helpdesk and auto-creates a ticket, I get an email. If I then respond to that email, the user gets an email. But if the user responds back, I do not get the email. I have checked all my settings, and it appears I should be gett...
helpdesk login
Currently users can login using user ID and also email addresses. Lansweeper should recognize that this is the same user and only allow single login using existing user name.
