Anyone know when a working SLA on-hold function is coming?
Wish list? A way to close a ticket without emailing the user who left on vacation and set an auto-responder. I understand I can set the config to not send update emails but that's really not a solution. What if someone forgets to reset it?
I see there are OS Codes for Windows, but are there some for Linux? I see if the scanner gets a Linux box it will fill in the OS but I'm trying to a bulk import and cannot find where those codes are defined.Thanks
