System Restore

Any one have any ideas of how to remote wipe a system restore? (Or all of them for that matter.) I occasionally have users who turn this and they get a virus stored in the restore. My AV product can't touch the file in this state....JW

Rescan Not Working

We have a version of Lansweeper that I was informed about but when I go into it and look at our clients, they are out of date. When I click on the Scan or Full Rescan button, nothing happens. What do I have to do to make this happen? Thank you.
