System Scan Status/Progress

Is there anywhere in the dashboard to see the progress/status of system scan? How do I know if the scan is complete? I know I'm looking at the system scanning log, but only shows errors. How do I know the scanning has stopped?Thank you.

After Reboot, website no longer visable

after applying Windows Updates and rebooting, lansweeper is no longer viable.; IIS reports the site does not exist, just the default IIS stuff that installs. Has anyone else see this issue?Thanks,Joe

Connection to... failed! Server is unavailable!

I am trying to install the demo version of Lansweeper on an SBS 2008 machine. I have confirmed Named Pipes and TCP/IP are enabled, and disabled port 135 on the firewalls. It sees the server and preselects it in the dropdown, but it will not connect. ...

Specific Rights Needed

Hello all,We have installed Lansweeper here at work and we are looking at what specific rights it needs to each machine in the enterprise to be able to run.Giving the service account "Domain Admin" rights is not an option due to auditing requirements...

Not so Custom fields

I have been requested to change the 'Branch office' label to 'Division' on the Custom fields page. Is there a supported method for doing this?
