Somehow I lost the recent domain controller events from the Event Log Summery page.How can I get this back?

How to scan a computer only when there are changes to software installed on the computer
Hi,I would like to scan the computer to get inventory of the software installed on the computer when there are changes to the software only. I do not want to scan the computer weekly or daily. How do I perform this task. Please help.Thanks,Nikki.
