Can't get premium update to install.

I downloaded the freeware version and previously installed it, but didn't have time to check if the installation was functioning properly. I then purchased the premium update earlier this week and have installed it today. I'm currently trying to check to see if the service is running per the instructions on page 11, but the web browser doesn't show the service as running. I must have missed something in the installation. Any help available?

I don't find a webservice.exe.config file. There is a lansweeperservice.exe.config file under the Service folder but not the other. I'll attach the lansweeperservice file for your review if needed.

Do you have the same problem if you disable active scanning?
