Our instance of Lansweeper On-Prem will not auto-update successfully. Each time it downloads, then tries and fails to install the update, and then the server goes offline as the services enter a hung state. This has been happening for at least the past year of updates (and probably ever since the auto-update feature was released).
I have to log into the server, manually stop the "Lansweeper LocalDB Service" service and then restart the "Lansweeper Server" service to resume functionality. If I manually run the update in Lansweeper it will also fail to install. Fortunately, I can manually update from the downloaded installer without issues. What can I do to help troubleshoot this issue?
