So I work for the cheapest people ever and they do not want to move over to a domain. We have 234 PC and 200 users. I thought it might be nice to use this software but I have never tried it on a non domain network. I am in the middle of fixing what the last IT person did and putting everyone on the same workgroup since there are no differences from PC to PC and employee to employee.
So if someone can please help that would be great.
Thanks
Josh

A workgroup is not supported, but maybe someone can find a way to do it.

Yikes! You have far exceeded the need for domain. Workgroup is for 10 or fewer clients. I'll say a prayer for ya
I am wondering the same thing about Lansweeper in non-domain environments. I use lansweeper fr my day job, but in my side biz I have some clients that are workgroup only, but have a windows 2003 server. I'd love use lansweeper for them. But I'm not sure anyone repsonds directly to the question. Note THIS post on the forums.
It was met with dark skies, and only the sound of crickets.
Yes or no folks?
