This happened after I upgraded to version 5.1.0.31

FYI for everyone: the customer's database was full prior to updating, which caused an update failure. SQL Compact and SQL Server Express databases are limited in size by Microsoft. Solution:
  • Stop the Lansweeper and web server services.
  • Restore a database backup.
  • Free up space in the database, e.g. by clearing the event log tables (which are usually the biggest).
  • Restart the Lansweeper and web server services. The Lansweeper service will attempt the update again.

Email dispatched to support@

I had to compress the error log because it was 865MB... I got it down to around 12MB, so there's that good news at least.

This probably means the upgrade was not completely successful.
Could you send us the following files (to support@lansweeper.com):

- Any install logs present in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Install on your Lansweeper server.
- Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt
- Lansweeper\Service\lansweeperservice.exe.config
- Lansweeper\Website\web.config
- Lansweeper\Website\App_data\errorlog.txt

All of the reports are blank when I go into edit the ones with errors. They are somehow missing, which is odd I'm attaching a few examples.

Normally an upgrade should not make report unusable. Could you send the syntax of one the broken reports to support@lansweeper.com so maybe we can find the cause?

Thanks, that fixed it, however it looks like I have several that ended up broken after the upgrade somehow. Is there a repo where I can grab the SQL queries for those to fix them all?

Yes indeed, the result should be fine. Go the the Lansweeper reports section. Click on the correct report to open it, then choose "Edit report" to see the report syntax and paste this syntax in the text box at the bottom (overwrite). Then click "Save and run" to see the result.

In case the report has been deleted you will have to create a new report with this syntax and give it the name "Device: Out of warranty in 60 days".

Also, this is the other error I get when clicking into it if that helps.
